Automation that connects the software you already have.
An enquiry becomes a job. A finished job becomes an invoice. A change reaches everyone it affects. The routine steps happen on their own, and nobody types the same details twice.

Workflow automation means the routine steps between your tools happen by themselves: details move from your website to your job system to your accounts, and the right people are told when something changes. It’s often the simplest and most reliable fix, so we use it wherever AI isn’t needed.
What it can do.
Details entered once
Customer and job details pass between your quoting, job management and accounts software, so nobody re-types them.
Updates ready to send
Booking confirmations, reminders and status updates drafted at the right moment, for a person to approve and send.
Hand-offs that don’t get lost
When something happens, the next task lands with the right person, with what they need to do it.
Reports that build themselves
The figures you pull together each week are collected from your systems and kept up to date.
Examples.
Illustrative examples of where this fits. A Fit check finds what fits your business.
Services and renewals
- What it does
- Tracks what’s coming due, such as annual services, inspections and certificates, and drafts the reminder.
- What a person does
- Approves each reminder before it’s sent.
Workflow automation
Bookings and reminders
- What it does
- Offers times from your calendar, then drafts the booking confirmation and a reminder for the day before.
- What a person does
- Approves each one before it’s sent, and handles anything unusual.
Workflow automation
Customer updates
- What it does
- Drafts an update for the customer when a job changes status: booked, on the way, ready to collect.
- What a person does
- Sets the status and approves each update before it’s sent.
Workflow automation
Invoices and chasing
- What it does
- Raises the invoice in your accounts software when a job is signed off, and drafts a polite reminder when it’s overdue.
- What a person does
- Approves the reminders and deals with any dispute.

Our approach.
- We use the software you already pay for wherever it can do the job.
- Anything that goes to a customer is approved by a person first.
- With ongoing support, we keep watch so a change in one of your tools doesn’t break it.
How we work.
Three stages. You decide after each one whether to go on.

Plain answers.
More in the full list of questions.
Which software can you connect?
Most business software can be connected in some way, including job management, accounts, CRM, calendars, email, web forms and spreadsheets. We check what’s possible with your tools during the Fit check, before recommending anything.
Is automation the same as AI?
No. Automation follows rules you set: when this happens, do that. AI is useful when a task needs reading, writing or judgement. Many good systems use both, and plenty need no AI at all.
What happens when one of our tools changes?
Software updates can break connections. Keeping things working through those changes is part of ongoing support, so you’re not left finding out when something stops.
We also build.
- AI assistants and agentsAI that drafts, sorts and summarises routine work, and agents that carry a task through several steps.
- Custom AI softwareDashboards, planners and internal tools built around how you work, with AI where it helps.
- Ongoing supportWe monitor, fix and improve what we’ve built, and train your team, so it keeps working.
