When you use the contact form, we collect the details you choose to send us, including:

If you book a call through the site, our booking provider may collect your name, email address, meeting time, time zone, and any information you add to the booking form.

We also collect limited technical information that helps us keep the website secure and understand how it is used. This can include page URLs, referral source, device and browser type, approximate location, interaction events, performance data, and IP address or similar identifiers where a provider needs them to operate the service.

If an enquiry does not become an active client relationship, we normally delete or anonymise it within 12 months of the last meaningful contact.

Analytics data is kept for the period configured in the analytics provider and then deleted or aggregated. If you become a client, project and account records may be kept for longer where needed for contracts, tax, legal, or legitimate business reasons.
