Propel is founded by Jacob and Sam. We design and build operational systems for businesses that want to reduce recurring admin and improve how work moves between people and tools.
We are rooted in the Humber and work with businesses across the UK.

A useful system needs more than a working demonstration. The scope must fit the business, the team must know how to use it and someone must be responsible when an input is wrong or a connection fails.
Our proposals explain the intended outcome, limits, required access and handover. We agree responsibilities with you before work starts.
How we approach the work
We start with a real process and the people doing it. We ask what has already been tried and whether existing software can handle the change.
When a build is justified, we agree a scope that can be tested. We explain where human approval is needed and what the team should do if the system cannot complete a task.
We would rather recommend a smaller useful change than add work the business does not need.
Working across the UK
Humber, Yorkshire and Lincolnshire are our regional roots, not the limit of our service.
We agree meeting arrangements, any site visits and travel costs as part of the engagement. The important question is whether we can understand and deliver the work responsibly.
