You may have repeated admin across several teams, unclear ownership or several tools doing overlapping jobs. You may know there is a problem without knowing which change will produce a worthwhile result.

An audit gives that investigation a defined scope and a decision to support.

If one small workflow is already understood well enough to quote responsibly, we can discuss direct implementation instead.

What you receive

  1. A record of the agreed workflows

    How the work happens, which people and systems it depends on, and where information is re-entered, delayed or lost.

  2. A prioritised set of improvements

    Recommendations based on the evidence available, with the expected benefit, dependencies and uncertainties made clear.

  3. A view of delivery risks and costs

    The access, data quality, adoption and support issues that could change the feasibility or cost of a proposed improvement.

  4. A practical next-step recommendation

    What to do first, what needs more evidence and what should wait. This may involve configuration, a process change, a build or no technology purchase.

We agree which workflows are in scope and who can explain them. We ask for representative information through an agreed secure route and time with the people responsible for the work.

The number of workflows, interviews and review sessions is written into the scope. We agree timing around that work and your team's availability.

The audit stands on its own. You can use the recommendations internally or discuss them with another supplier.

A later Propel build requires a separate scope and price. The audit fee is not automatically credited against implementation.

The work remains the full agreed audit. A waived fee does not require you to buy a later build. Availability is discussed individually.
