Those are possible task types, not a promise that every system or document collection will work. We check the actual inputs, permissions and expected output with you first.

A refinement adjusts the agreed agent's behaviour. It is not a new workflow or a replacement for custom development. We define the refinement process and completion checks in the scope.

£495 plus VAT per month

Agent Care covers agreed monitoring, context and instruction updates, issue review and bounded refinements for the named agent.

The agreement sets out the review schedule, included work and cancellation terms. New workflows, custom connections and substantial rebuilds are quoted separately. Agent Care does not include 24/7 support.

You can choose setup and handover without Agent Care.

Before you commission an agent

Can it act without approval?

That depends on the task and the agreed permissions. We identify actions that need human review before configuration. An agent should not receive broad access simply because the connection supports it.

Is it guaranteed to be accurate?

No. We test relevant examples and define how uncertainty and errors should be handled. Outputs that affect important decisions still need appropriate review.

What will it cost to run?

That depends on the software, hosting and model usage required. We identify the expected charges and who pays them before work starts.

What happens when you finish?

We hand over the agreed access and instructions. Your team can run the agent within its documented scope. Optional care is available if you want us to maintain it under a separate agreement.
